About Us

Ronald J. Hull founded this company in 1997 and serves as the President and Loan Officer. He has a Civil Engineering degree and an MBA from Purdue. He has a lot of experience in areas critical to real estate lending. He has been a surveyor, a valuation engineer, a construction supervisor, a cost analyst, a long-range planner, and from 1971 to 1993 a financial consultant for the utility industry. He served as an expert witness for state and federal regulatory commissions and district and state courts. In June he retired as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers, a big-4 accounting firm.

Classic specializes in obtaining loans for first-time home buyers, one-time-close jumbo loans for construction, and for professionals who may have difficulty in qualifying for jumbo loans. We have placed loans throughout Texas, and in a dozen other states. About 50% of our work is related to refinances, 35% related to purchases, 10% to equity loans, and 5% related to home improvement loans.
